It’s day four of the Douglas County Fair.
It’s Family Day at the fair, sponsored by Pepsi and Clint Newell Auto Group.
Kids aged 12 and under are admitted for free sponsored by the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians. Teens get in for $2 off when they bring canned food.
Smash Mouth plays at the Cascade Community Credit Union Amphitheater at 8:00 p.m. The News Review Garden Park Stage has local music throughout the day. Roaming acts play from 11:00 a.m.to 8:00 p.m.
4-H and FFA activities take place all day. The Rotary Junior Livestock Auction is at 10:00 a.m. Commercial buildings are open from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Carnival rides begin at 11:00 a.m. Free buses to the fairgrounds operate from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Buses are available at Roseburg High School and the First Student lot in the Green District. Fairgrounds parking is $10 per vehicle.
The fairgrounds close at 11:00 p.m., concluding this year’s fair.
