Roseburg Police cited a man Thursday for a prior hit and run incident.

An RPD report said the 32-year-old was identified as the suspect from a hit and run which occurred on January 30th. The man admitted to dozing off at the wheel which allowed his vehicle to drift into another.

He was cited to perform the duties of a driver and was released at 3:10 p.m.
