Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged harassment on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. the 69-year alleged poked a victim in the face after a brief verbal argument in the 2700 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. The victim had video footage in which the suspect was overheard stating, “Yeah, I touched you”, after the alleged poke occurred.

The suspect initially stated he didn’t touch the victim but then said he might have after an officer told him about the video footage. He was cited for harassment and then was released.
