Roseburg Police cited a man for harassment on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 8:15 p.m. officers responded to the 1000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after a victim claimed the suspect had shoved her off her electric scooter, causing her to scrape her knee. Officers located the 47-year-old a short distance away and issued the citation.
