Roseburg Police cited 10 people for prohibited camping on Monday, in 9 incidents.

An RPD report said citations were given in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens Street, in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, and in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. All were allegedly violating portions of the Time, Place and Manner Ordinance.

All were released after their citations were issued.
