The Diamond Complex, burning on the Umpqua National Forest, has grown to 6,630 acres with 553 people assigned.

The Middle Fork Fire in the northwest corner of Crater Lake National Park has 52 people assigned, but the Diamond Complex is sharing people as needed. Crater Lake National Park remains open.

The warming and drying trend continues through the week, resulting in longer burn periods and an uptick in fire activity. Fire behavior will continue to depend partially on smoke conditions. Smoke will remain in the area and may reduce visibility and hinder air operations.

The largest fires are:

*Pine Bench Fire: 2,148 acres and 15 percent contained

*Lemolo Fire: 1,247 acres and 20 percent contained

*Potter Fire: 1,316 acres and zero percent contained

*Trail Fire: 843 acres and 40 percent contained

*Watson Fire: 237 acres and 50 percent contained
