Roseburg Police jailed a man for harassment on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 7:50 a.m. the 31-year-old and a victim got into an argument in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street downtown. The suspect allegedly punched the victim in the face before leaving the area. The man was located and arrested without incident. Bail was set at $2,500.
