Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:20 a.m. the 46-year-old had his tent set up in the main pavilion at Stewart Park in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive. The 46-year-old was aware of the Time, Place, and Manner ordinance and had been cited before, while camping in the area.

The man was released after being given a citation.
