Roseburg Police jailed a man following alleged criminal mischief at the Douglas County Courthouse on Southeast Douglas Avenue on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. the 43-year-old became upset when he was told to get out of a dumpster.  The man got out of the dumpster, but then kicked over a motorcycle, causing more than $1,000 in damage. He was located a short time later and was charged with first-degree criminal mischief. The man was detained without bail.
