An OSP report said just before 10:00 a.m. troopers responded to the incident near the southbound exit 125 interchange with Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.

A female was reported to have been aggressively forced to the ground several times by an adult male near the lanes of travel, causing a driver to nearly crash his vehicle into a commercial motor vehicle. The 34-year-old male was located and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. He was detained without bail and was released on Friday.
