The Winston City Council will meet next Monday night, July 22nd.

The evening will begin with a workshop regarding the formation of a new Chamber of Commerce for Winston and the surrounding areas. That will begin at 6:00 p.m.

At 7:00 p.m. the regular council meeting will be called to order. Items on the agenda include surplus equipment, the wastewater treatment plant’s programmable logic control upgrade, and purchase of utility carts. The council will also consider an amendment to the Northwest Darrell Avenue/Northwest Tumlin Avenue Road and Sewer project.

The meetings will be held at city hall on Northwest Douglas Boulevard.
