One person was jailed and four were cited following a drinking in public incident on Tuesday night.

A Roseburg Police report said at 7:45 p.m. officers contacted several individuals drinking in Eagles Park in the 7000 block of Southeast Jackson Street. A 31-year-old man was found to be excluded from the downtown area and was detained for criminal trespass in the second-degree. The man was detained on $1,250 bail. He and the four others were all cited for drinking in public.
