The Roseburg VA Medical Center’s Virtual Health Resource Center is set to launch its inaugural session focusing on the My VA Patient Portal.

A VA release said the class aims to assist veterans in setting up a secure login for their portal account and guide them through the portal’s features.

The class will be held on July 31st from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.in Building 16 on the VA campus. Those attending the class should bring:

*A smartphone or any other device with internet connectivity

*Access to personal email on a mobile device

*An unexpired driver’s license, state identification, passport or passport card for setting up a secure log in

*Their veteran’s Health identification card

The Virtual Health Resource Center intends to offer more classes on the VA’s Virtual Care resources and tools in the in the future.
