Roseburg Police cited a woman for a theft incident Sunday night.

An RPD report said at 11:20 p.m. officers contacted a 23-year-old in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard after an employee of the business saw the suspect using their water and power. The woman admitted to using both. She was cited for theft of services and released at the scene.
