Roseburg Police cited a man on the charge of second-degree criminal mischief Friday after a prior incident.

An RPD report said on Wednesday a victim was door dashing, delivering food in the 800 block of Southeast Flint Street. The victim said a random man unrelated to the delivery came out of nowhere yelling at him. The victim sped off as the man allegedly threw an object at the victim’s vehicle, denting the rear bumper.

Friday night at 6:00 p.m. officers identified the suspect and contacted him at his residence where he admitted to the incident. He was released after being given the citation.
