Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct late Thursday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 p.m. three callers said the suspect was yelling and pointing a gun in a threatening manner while walking in the 300 block of West Harvard Avenue. The 29-year-old was found to have a large vape pen in his hand, not a firearm, and was obviously under the influence of a stimulant.

He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
