In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Music Off Central concerts start their summer run Thursday night in Sutherlin.

Presented on Thursday evenings at Central Park, the series features six concerts this year with a variety of musical styles.

A Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band Whiskey River will play favorites of the legendary southern-rock band. They have been playing for over 30 years, earning them the title, America’s #1 Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute Band”.

Seven food trucks will be at the park with several other vendors providing dinner and drinks. Sutherlin’s splash pad is nearby, providing kids with a way to cool off during the show.
