A juvenile was detained by Roseburg Police for a probation violation on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 3:30 p.m.an employee of the Deer Creek Adolescent Shelter on Southeast Douglas Avenue said the 15-year-old from Marion County was in violation of his probation after disobeying the rules of the shelter. The teen was taken into custody and transported to Juvenile Detention.
