Oregon State Police jailed a man for warrants after an incident on Monday night.

An OSP report said just after 11:00 p.m. 37-year-old Joshua Breeding was contacted in a tent along Interstate 5 northbound, about a mile south of the Winchester interchange. Breeding was with a victim mentioned in his release agreement. Two warrants were confirmed through the issuing agency.

Breeding was detained on nine charges, due to the warrants. Bail was set at $35,000.
