Roseburg Police cited two people for harassment following an incident on Monday night.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. officers responded to the 1600 block of Southeast Mill Street after a caller said there was a large fight between family members. During the investigation, it was determined that both parties subjected the other to offensive physical contact. A 27-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were released after their citations were issued.
