Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering on Monday.

An RPD report said 8:50 a.m. the 50-year-old was found camping along the bicycle path at Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. His camp had a substantial amount of trash and other rubbish scattered around it.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
