Current opportunities to volunteer on the Umpqua National Forest include:

*Whitehorse Meadows trail work Saturday July 20th:

Meet at the North Umpqua Ranger Station at 8:00 a.m. to caravan to Whitehorse Meadows. Wilderness work will take place on the Whitehorse Meadows Trail in the Rogue-Umpqua Divide Wilderness. This will include brushing and tread work and possible log out. Those interested in helping can RSVP to: Lauren.hack@usda.com

*Glide Ranger Station Visitors Center representatives:

The Forest Service is looking for visitors center representatives to greet the public and answer questions throughout the summer and fall months. People wanting to help or get more information can contact: misti-kae.n.bucich@usda.com
