Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of driving while suspended-felony on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 12:50 p.m. officers contacted the 59-year-old during a traffic stop in the 700 block of West Harvard Avenue, after he was observed committing a traffic violation.

The occupants of the vehicle were also reported to have been involved in a disturbance on Harvard a few minutes earlier. The driver’s license returned as being felony-suspended. He was detained without bail.
