Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged harassment incident on Monday.

An RPD report said shortly after 11:00 a.m. the 40-year-old allegedly shoved a victim into a cargo trailer which instigated a physical fight between the two of them. This occurred in the 1000 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Neither party was cooperative during the investigation. The incident was also witnessed by another adult.

The man was cited for harassment and was released from corrections
