CHI Mercy Health’s Hospice team is hosting two public events to share information about Advance Care Planning.
They will be held:
*Monday July 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at The Landing on Northwest Edenbower Boulevard
*Tuesday July 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Aviva Health’s campus on Northwest Edenbower Boulevard.
Both sessions are open to the public and will feature Dr. Eriko Onishi from Oregon Health and Science University, Department of Family Medicine.
Mercy Hospice Director Tanya Snow said, “This is a great opportunity to learn how the ACP process works while exploring the Oregon Advanced Directive and Oregon Portable Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment”.
