Winston Police jailed a man following a traffic stop on Sunday night.

A WPD report said at 11:50 p.m. 30-year-old Samuel Snodgrass was pulled over in the 100 block of Cobb Street in Dillard. His driver’s license was found to be suspended at the misdemeanor level. Snodgrass was allegedly found to be in possession of a stolen firearm. He was charged with first-degree theft, carrying a concealed firearm and driving while suspended. Snodgrass was detained without bail.
