Roseburg Police cited a woman found passed out in her vehicle on Thursday night.

An RPD report said at 9:00 p.m. the 58-year-old was located in a sedan that was parked oddly in the parking lot of a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The woman allegedly had a piece of burnt tin foil, containing a usable amount of suspected fentanyl on her lap.

She was cited for a violation level of unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. The woman was released on the scene.
