In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Music on the Half Shell continues its summer concert series with The Paperboys on Tuesday night.

The band describes their music as world roots music and folk music, but not in the Kumbaya style! The eclectic group will perform at the Nichols Band Shell in Roseburg’s Stewart Park starting at 7:00 p.m.

Food trucks and vendors have meals available starting at around 5:30 p.m. Attendees can also bring their own dinner, along with wine or beer. While the concerts are largely paid for by donations from businesses, residents and foundations, buckets are passed at intermission giving everyone a chance to help contribute to the series.
