Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged harassment incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 5:20 p.m. a 41-year-old was at a business in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street when he was asked to leave by an employee, due to his disruptive behavior. The suspect allegedly yelled at the employee and spit on him twice. This was witnessed by another employee

The man was cited for harassment in lieu of custody.
