Highs in the Umpqua Valley will be about 10 degrees above normal Tuesday before settling to close to seasonal norms for much of the next week.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service said the mercury reached 83 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport on Monday.
Roseburg is expected to hit 90 degrees Tuesday. The normal high for June 25th is 79 degrees. Highs will drop to between 80 and the mid-80s for the next several days. No rain is in the forecast for the foreseeable future.
