Roseburg Police cited a man Friday for a reported prior theft incident.

An RPD report said the 42-year-old was developed as a suspect for an incident on Wednesday where he allegedly stole $100 worth of tools for a business in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens.

At 1:00 a.m. Friday the suspect was contacted and admitted to the theft. He was cited and released.
