Roseburg Police cited a man for camping after a disturbance late Thursday night.

An RPD report said shortly before 11:00 p.m. the 18-year-old was contacted at his camp following the incident in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens Street. He was found to be camping between the bike path and the river. His camp was in a restricted area and had items scattered around it.

He was released after being given the citation.
