ROSEBURG POLICE CITE MAN AFTER DRIVING INCIDENT

Roseburg Police cited a man after a driving incident on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 3:10 p.m. the 59-year-old allegedly ran a red light directly in front of an officer at the corner of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. The officer stopped him and learned he was driving while suspended-misdemeanor and didn’t have insurance. The man was cited for those violations and for failure to obey a traffic control device. He was released after the citations were issued.
