Roseburg Police cited four people for prohibited camping between Friday and Saturday.

An RPD report said the camps were located in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street under the Fowler Street Bridge, in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street and in the 200 block of Southeast Stephens Street.

The report said all were in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance. All were released after their citations were issued.
