A Yoncalla man was jailed after a traffic stop on Wednesday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 6:40 p.m. a deputy stopped a vehicle after it left the parking lot at Yoncalla High School, on 5th Street at a high rate of speed. The sedan was stopped on Interstate Five northbound near the Yoncalla/Drain exit.

23-year-old Parker Cullison was charged with reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, and for driving while suspended-misdemeanor. He was detained without bail and was released early Friday.
