Douglas County Emergency Management is hosting a Psychological First Aid course on Saturday June 22nd.

County Emergency Manager Emily Ring said the event is ideal for everyone. Ring said the general public is encouraged to attend along with volunteers and members of government agencies.

The event will be at the in the Community Conference Building at the Douglas County Fairgrounds from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Lunch will be served from 12:00 pm. to 1:00 p.m. Instructors will be from the Oregon Department of Human Services Office of Resiliency.
