Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:30 p.m. the 57-year-old was contacted in her tent along the riverbank of Fir Grove Park in the 1300 block of West Harvard Avenue. She was aware of the time, place and manner ordinance and has been cited before. The camp had tarps attached to the trees, was set up in a prohibited area and was there after 8:00 a.m.

The woman was released after the citation was issued.
