Roseburg Police arrested a Eugene man on the charge of second-degree theft on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 3:30 p.m. employees of a store in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street said a male was inside the business concealing items. They reported the suspect had been in the store earlier and stole luggage, then returned with the luggage and concealed more items inside it.

Officers contacted the 39-year-old man in the parking lot. He was allegedly found in possession of about $190 worth of merchandise. Bail was set at $6,250.
