Roseburg Police cited a woman for unauthorized use of a vehicle on Friday.

An RPD report said at 3:30 p.m. officers responded to a vehicle theft from U-Haul in the 1100 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Employees reported that a 51-year-old kept a truck three weeks longer than she was allowed to. The vehicle was entered as stolen, but the suspect brought it back a few hours later.
