Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. the man and woman, both age 42, were contacted at their camp under the Jackson Street Bridge in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The camp was in violation of the time and place sections of the camping ordinance.

They were released after their citations were issued.
