Roseburg Police cited a man for a drug violation on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 12:30 p.m. officers were contacted by the man’s parole officer after a small amount of methamphetamine was allegedly located in his backpack while he was at the Douglas County Courthouse on Southeast Douglas Avenue. Officers seized the meth and cited him for unlawful possession of methamphetamine-violation.
