Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 9:15 a.m. the 31-year old man was seen in the 900 block of Southeast Washington Avenue, which is in the downtown exclusion zone. He was trespassed from the downtown area for his third warning for drinking in public.

The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
