Roseburg Police jailed a man following a suspicious incident on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 8:30 p.m. officers were investigating a possible transient fire in the 1500 block of Northeast Vine Street. They contacted a 57-year-old man who returned with a warrant. An additional warrant was also located. He was detained for the warrants. Bail was set at $3,000.
