One person was jailed, and one was cited after an incident on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 3:50 p.m. an officer contacted a 37-year-old man after observing his vehicle pull into a business in the 500 block of Southeast Spruce Street. He was found to be a suspended driver. The 41-year-old woman with him had an active restraining order where she was refrained from contacting the man.

The woman was charged with violation of a restraining order. Bail was set at $5,000. The man was cited for driving while suspended-violation, driving uninsured and failure of a previous violator to file. He was released after the citations were issued.
