Roseburg Police cited two people for drinking in public on Monday night.

An RPD report said at 9:20 p.m. officers contacted the 49-year-old man and 44-year-old woman in the alley of the 700 block of Southeast Cass Avenue with open alcoholic beverages. They were both cited and released without incident.
