Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Thursday.

An RPD report said shortly after 5:00 p.m. officers contacted the 48-year-old in the 700 block of Southeast Stephens Street because he was allegedly drinking alcohol in public.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
