A Roseburg man was jailed by Roseburg Police for second-degree criminal trespass on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 1:30 p.m. the 30-year-old was observed drinking in public at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. He was also excluded from the downtown area and was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,250. The man was cited for drinking in public.
