A man in jail was charged with a restraining order violation on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 6:00 p.m. officers were contacted after the 33-year-old allegedly made several phone calls from jail to a victim who had an active restraining order violation against him.

The suspect was interviewed on the matter and admitted to making the calls. He remained in jail with the new charge added. The man is detained on $115,00 bail.
