Roseburg Police jailed a man after contacting him at the intersection of Southeast Stephens Street and Southeast Mosher Avenue at approximately 7:20 p.m. Thursday night.

The 47-year-old was found to have a warrant for his arrest. He was also found to be out of compliance with his sex offender registration. The man was detained without bail.
