Roseburg Police jailed a man Tuesday for an alleged past harassment incident.

An RPD report said at 3:50 p.m. 36-year-old Andrew Lane was contacted in the 1200 block of Northeast Lincoln Street. Lane was taken into custody and allegedly found to be in possession of about a gram of fentanyl and four grams of methamphetamine. He was detained without bail.
